Full Rental Management
This solution includes EVERYTHING in Revenue Management, plus all the services listed below. Full Rental Management is for homeowners who do not want to be involved in the day-to-day management of their property and its guests. We’ll take care of not only securing the bookings but all guests relations and engaging with an onsite team so you can simply use the property when you want while we take care of the rest.
We take care of the guests and handle all guest communication from pre check-in to post check-out. We gather all the relevant paperwork required to process a booking and ensure that all the necessary booking admin is completed. We even call each guest after their stay to get feedback, ensuring that we’re always optimizing to enhance the overall guest experience.
When it comes to property management, it’s a never ending game! From burst geysers to general upkeep, a lot goes into maintaining your property and ensuring the team on the ground is doing what they need to do. Our virtual property management service allows us to step into your shoes and ‘project manage’ what’s going on, on the ground. We liaise with the cleaning team to ensure the property is ready for arrival and can even assist with getting contractors out to do certain jobs when needed. This is a MASSIVE time and stress saver for homeowners.
